*****Assume that a T8 4’ fixture with 2 x 32 watt energy saving lamps operating in corridors/stairwells and etc. for 24 hours, 365 days for 5 years (43,800 hours).

* BC Hydro’s rate will be increased by 17% over 3 years or by 5.4 % in each year.
