Basic Root Cause Analysis training course and workshop in Whitehorse, Yukon
Aitur Group Ltd is a Canadian company based in Surrey, British Columbia. We have started serving corporate clients in Alberta province and Yukon Territory. Recently, the company has completed 2 days Root Cause Analysis (RCA) corporate training and practical workshop for the Air North Yukon’s Airline in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. The basic RCA class has been focused on how to solve problems in the Yukon’s Airline. The participants- the company maintenance departments’ managers have learned and got knowledge about the Quality, Quality Control tools, Quality Management and its relationship with the RCA. During the first day of the training the Root Cause Analysis - problem solving method, Ishikawa –Fishbone cause- and- effect diagram, 6Ms or 6 main causes of problems, 5 Whys question asking technique, Plan-Do-Check-Act Quality Management theory, Reliability Principles and Kaizen quality improvement philosophy have been covered by the Aitur Group Ltd instructor. On the second day, all students have learned and analysed case studies and completed practical exercises based on the company flight safety, aircraft maintenance work quality and baggage services concerns.
